Dean of the School of Education at SISU, Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor, academic leader in comparative education at SISU (first-class discipline cultivated in Shanghai), Executive Director of the International Comparative Studies Center for ICT in Education, Director of the Center for Comparative Study of Global Education, and Director of the Education Committee of the China Education Development Strategy Association.

Professor Jin has received many academic honors, including the second prize of national teaching achievement and the grand prize of teaching achievement in Shanghai. She has led a series of significant research projects such as National Education and Planning Project, Humanities and Social Science Projects of the Ministry of Education, and Education and Science Planning Project of Shanghai. Her main research area includes online learning design, area and international studies in education, and technology-enhanced language learning.
